Ciara Foisy is a registered dietitian, with a passion for helping others build healthier, more balanced relationships with food. She brings over four years of experience at The Ottawa Hospital, including three years at the Bariatric Centre of Excellence. Ciara currently supports both medical and surgical patients, in inpatient and outpatient settings. Her approach strives to empower individuals to make sustainable lifestyle changes, without restrictive dieting, with a focus on long-term health and well-being. Outside of her professional work, she finds joy in tending to her garden and taking long walks with her dog.
