Dr. Simran Parmar is a 5th year general surgery resident at the University of Calgary. She completed her medical degree at the University of British Columbia. She will be completing a fellowship in Minimally Invasive & Surgical Endoscopy at McMaster university this coming year. Dr. Parmar’s research interest include prehabilitation and advancing surgical techniques in minimally invasive surgery . She is presenting today on behalf of her mentor Dr Sharadh Sampath at Richmond General Hospital.
