Melissa Baranski is a clinical pharmacist at St. Joseph’s Healthcare Hamilton, an academic teaching hospital affiliated with McMaster University.  She completed her Doctor of Pharmacy degree at the University of Toronto, followed by a hospital pharmacy residency, earning her ACPR designation.
