Dr. Walsh completed his medical school and General Surgery training in the Maritimes before moving to Ottawa to complete his MIS/Batriatric fellowship. He completed additional MIS and bariatric training in Amsterdam at the VUMC and in Quebec City at the IUCPQ. He completed his MBA program at the Telfer School of Management in Ottawa. He joined the MIS/Bariatric group at The Ottawa Hospital in 2019.
